Super tasty and sweet on its own. J can eat about 60mL of this pudding at a time, either as a snack or as a "dessert"

1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

Instructions:
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender except for the chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and then mix in the chia seeds.
- Divide the mixture into containers, then place in the fridge and leave overnight.
- Serve cold on its own or mix 60ml of pudding with 15ml of plain greek yogurt.
- Add some maple syrup or honey for adults ;)
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
