A way to squeeze in cauliflower and veggies because J wasn't a fan of anything crunchy vegetable even when it's super soft. Also, not all babies could handle the acidity of the tomato. Test a small amount with baby before serving more again.

1 head Cauliflower, florets
1 Onion, chopped
4 cloves, Garlic
1/2 Red Pepper, chopped
1 Carrot, chopped
14oz can of chopped Tomato
5 fresh Basil Leaves

Instructions:
- Boil water, and cook the cauliflower for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the pan, add some olive oil, and cook the carrot until soft. Add onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the red pepper and cook until softened.
- Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
*Freeze in 60mL portions.*
Can mix this sauce with cooked minced meats and pour over pasta for baby
